An abandoned home

It's probably nice in the sun, even if there's a chilly breeze

Although it probably was only 54 degrees, the sun heated the asphalt and the air above it enough to create these false pools of water and make the picture blurred when I used the zoom.

Almost in city again

No, not quite.

It,s almost unusual to see somebody walking out here, less than a half a mile from FedEx Forum, the new sports arena, where today a big basketball game takes place.

Nevertheless, this lady was singing as she walked along

This is where the restored part of Memphis begins, the part we want to show for tourists.
FedEx Forum behind the nearest buildings to the right.

Busy getting to the tailgate parties

The horse can relax for a bit, no customers seem to be interested in a horse ride around town today.

They don't seem to care about barbecue either, the cook is joining the crowds in the street.

No baseball, it's all "Go Tigers, Go", the favorite team in basket ball.

Union Street, the baseball arena to the left, the Greyhound Bus Terminal to the right. And in the very far end of what we see of Union Ave, is where Sun Records has its' home.

Who could possibly misunderstand this message.

All for the basket ball occasion. Notice the purple balloons in the back seat, I hope nobody came from the right in this car's way.
