It has been a beautiful day and I decided to drive down to the river with my camera. Mud Island is a good place to go, it's almost like a park along the riverside. I always watch the towboats with their barges with fascination. Controlling them must be like balancing a cane on your fingertip. And in addition they have the strong turbulent current to deal with and barges coming in the opposite direction.
