We went to Collierville for dinner this afternoon, as usual. It's almost a ritual on Thursdays. There's a small, laid back restaurant run by Chinese immigrants, they are the best.
In their buffet we found exactly what we love, egg rolls for my wife, meat loaf for the old one.
And cobbler with ice cream for dessert.
As I snapped a picture with the timer, a couple happened to pass at the very right moment and oh, well, it wouldn't have been that great a photo anyway.
The place was almost empty today and the angle for the picture isn't great either, but I like the warm colors.
An old Stage Coach rest stop, built in 1851. I don't think this is where it used to be, but the building is authentic.
